"Weeping" | Lamentations - 'Garden of Grace' mini collection - fine art print
The Garden element is obvious in this painting, the red rose. I chose this to represent Jesus weeping over the destruction of his people. Often Jesus is symbolised as the red rose, the rose of Sharon (although I realize it wouldn’t be this exact rose species, it simply symbolizes that concept).
